Float the fabulous Lower Gunnison with Ed’s fly shop. The section of the Gunnison between the North Fork Confluence and Orchards boat ramp is some of the finest dry fly water in Western Colorado, featuring prolific hatches of caddis, yellow sallies, PMDs and tricos, as well as some of the most challenging and exciting hopper fishing in the state. This full day float is recommended for experienced anglers and particularly recommended from late June through early November.

This is the most iconic full-day float in a DRIFT BOAT down river from the world famous Black Canyon National Park and the Gunnison Gorge in Gold Medal water..
